This Agreement sets out the terms governing the professional relationship between you (the “Client”) and Gurjit Singh (the “Practitioner”). By booking and making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
The Practitioner provides Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), hypnotherapy, and related personal development services. These services are intended for personal growth and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Sessions may involve hypnosis and subconscious exploration. You remain aware and in control at all times and cannot be made to act against your will. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.
All services must be paid in full in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment may be made via Stripe or bank transfer. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received. Payment constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are considered based on the stage of work completed. Once any session has been delivered, it is considered completed and non-refundable. Prior to delivery of a transformation session, partial refunds may be considered subject to deductions for time spent, preparation, and administration. Once a transformation session is completed, it is deemed a completed unit of work and is non-refundable. Any remaining unused portion of a longer engagement may be considered proportionally at the sole discretion of the Practitioner.
You agree to participate fully, provide accurate information, and take responsibility for your actions and outcomes. You agree to follow all guidance provided, including listening to any personalised recordings for a minimum of twenty-one (21) days.
The Practitioner may request details of your medical history to assess suitability. You agree to disclose all relevant conditions. If you are under care of a healthcare professional, you may be required to obtain their approval. Services may be declined where inappropriate, including cases involving epilepsy or psychosis.
Sessions are conducted via Google Meet unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for ensuring a quiet, uninterrupted environment, stable internet connection, and punctual attendance.
Any recordings or materials provided are for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed. You agree not to listen to recordings while driving or operating machinery. All intellectual property remains the sole property of the Practitioner.
All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is risk of harm. The Practitioner may discuss cases anonymously for supervision purposes.
You agree to behave respectfully and not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs (unless prescribed). The Practitioner may terminate sessions without refund in case of inappropriate behaviour.
You acknowledge that results vary and depend on your participation. No guarantees are made.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Practitioner shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss. You agree to indemnify and hold the Practitioner harmless from any claims arising from your participation.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
