This notice explains the personal information used for general website enquiries and appointments and the optional technologies used on this website. What information we collect
When you contact us, the form requests your name, email address and a brief enquiry, with an optional telephone number. When you book through Calendly, you provide booking details directly through that service. Any intake or confidential client information is handled as part of the separate professional service process, rather than through the general website form.
Please do not include medical records, diagnoses or sensitive health information in a first website enquiry. A suitability or intake conversation can establish the appropriate private channel for more detailed information.
Why we use it
- To answer questions and assess whether the service appears appropriate for you, based on legitimate interests or steps requested before an agreement.
- To arrange calls, sessions and associated administration where you ask us to do so, including carrying out an agreement.
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply.
- To operate optional measurement or marketing technology only in line with your cookie choices and applicable consent requirements.
Who helps provide the service
Depending on the service you use, providers may include the website host, email provider, Calendly for appointments, Google Meet for online calls and a payment processor when a paid reservation is made. If you opt in to optional website tracking, Google Tag Manager and/or Meta Pixel may also be used. These providers may process data outside Ireland or the EEA under their relevant arrangements and safeguards. Cookie and tracking choices
Essential site functions remain available without advertising or analytics permission. On the proposed site, visitors can separately enable or reject optional Google analytics/measurement and Meta marketing tracking. Optional tags are not loaded by the site's consent bootstrap before a choice is saved. The saved preferences use browser local storage and expire after 180 days; you can revisit them using the Cookie preferences control on the website.
Withdrawing a choice prevents the site's consent bootstrap from reloading those optional scripts, but any cookies that a previously authorised third party placed may need to be cleared in your browser. You can also remove stored cookies using your browser's privacy settings.
How long we keep information
We keep general enquiry and booking information only as long as necessary to respond, administer services, resolve issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the kind of information and applicable obligations. You can ask about the applicable retention period by emailing us.
Your choices and rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and, in relevant cases, request portability or withdraw consent. Email connect@jeetquantum.com to make a request. You may also contact Ireland's Data Protection Commission if you have a concern about how your personal information is handled.
