about

From survival and pressure to calm, clarity, and inner authority.

My name is Gurjit Singh. Most clients know me as Jeet.

I was born in India into a family that knew financial struggle. My father drank daily, money was tight, and every step forward required effort, responsibility, and sacrifice. Those early years shaped my discipline, resilience, and a quiet determination to build a different life.

At 20, I joined the Indian Navy. It gave me structure, courage, and mental toughness, but it also pushed my mind and body beyond their limits. Years at sea left me with chronic stress, digestive issues, back pain, and the constant sense of holding everything together on the outside while struggling silently on the inside.

Still, I kept moving forward.

I completed a Bachelor’s in Electronics & Communication, earned an MBA in Human Resources, and transitioned into banking, semi-government roles, and later telecom leadership. From the outside, life looked successful and stable.

Inside, I was carrying:
• rising anxiety
• emotional pressure
• unresolved internal patterns
• physical tension that never released

Even after moving to Ireland and completing another MBA in Project Management, something still felt misaligned. I was achieving, but not at peace.

These experiences shaped the perspective that now informs my work with people seeking personal transformation, as well as senior professionals navigating pressure, visibility and responsibility.

The Turning Point, When Everything Shifted

Discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) became an important turning point for me. Through my own experience of the work, I began to understand my reactions differently and noticed meaningful changes in how I related to pressure, anxiety, confidence and long-held patterns.

For the first time in years, I felt calmer, more grounded and more connected to myself. What stayed with me was the experience of understanding a pattern differently rather than simply trying to push through it.

At 46, when my wife and I welcomed our beautiful baby, a deeper purpose awakened within me. Fatherhood softened me, grounded me, and showed me what life feels like when your inner world is truly aligned.

It also revealed something important:
I wanted to help others release the emotional weight they’ve been silently carrying , the same weight I carried for decades.

Today, I bring together the discipline of the Navy, experience across professional environments, and my training in RTT® and hypnotherapy through the Deep Shift Method™, a calm and structured approach for people who want to understand a repeating pattern and work towards a different response.

about

Professional Background

My work today brings together experience from disciplined environments, corporate roles and transformational practice, with a focus on how people respond when pressure, doubt or familiar patterns take over. I served in the Indian Navy, where discipline, responsibility, and calm decision making under pressure became part of everyday life. Later, I built a corporate career and completed two MBA degrees while working across financial services and corporate leadership environments. Those years gave me first-hand experience of the pressures people can carry quietly behind professional roles and everyday responsibilities. Alongside this background, I trained in Rapid Transformational Therapy® and hypnotherapy to explore how beliefs, associations and learned responses can influence confidence, behaviour and emotional resilience. Today, Jeet Quantum brings these disciplines together to support personal transformation, while also offering a dedicated Leadership & Executive pathway for professionals working under greater pressure and responsibility.

The Meaning Behind Jeet Quantum

“Jeet” means victory , but not the kind the world celebrates. It’s the quiet victory no one sees… the moment a person rises above the patterns, fears, and pressures they’ve silently carried for years.

It’s the victory of finally feeling calm after a lifetime of holding everything together. The victory of choosing yourself. The victory of becoming who you were always meant to be.

“Quantum” represents meaningful change in how you think, feel and respond. It reflects the possibility of moving beyond a familiar pattern when understanding alone has not been enough.

For me, it represents the point where greater awareness, a different internal response and practical integration begin to change how life is experienced.

This is the foundation of the Jeet Quantum Method.

Why Clients Choose Jeet Quantum

⭐ Lived Experience
My approach is informed by my own experience of pressure, anxiety and personal change, as well as formal RTT® and hypnotherapy training.

⭐ Calm, Grounded Support
The work is private, one-to-one and shaped around the person in front of me rather than a generic script.

⭐ Structure + Personalisation
Navy discipline, professional experience and therapeutic training come together in a practical, structured process.

⭐ Integration Beyond the Session
Personalised recordings and follow-up conversations are used to support repetition, reflection and integration after the Deep Shift session.

Sometimes we know exactly what we want to change and still find ourselves returning to the same response. Jeet Quantum is designed to explore that pattern carefully, without assuming there is one universal cause.
